Share your skills

As Swiss Re employs many resilience experts in the Foundation’s areas of focus, we strive to bring Swiss Re employees together with our partners who can benefit from their know-how. Along the way, employees broaden their horizons, develop their leadership skills, support indirectly Swiss Re’s employer brand and even foster their individual resilience.

We offer a variety of opportunities for Swiss Re employees to share their skills. This can be engaging as an expert or advisor in our Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award programme or coaching or mentoring a young talent from a disadvantaged background for up to six months. Employees can also volunteer to spend up to four weeks of the paid leave time they receive to celebrate their Swiss Re work anniversaries to support one of our partners . Last but not least, we honour and support Swiss Re employees’ engagement in their communities outside work. Those who support local charities with their know-how and time can apply for grants of up to CHF 3 000 per year to benefit those organisations.
