Bridging healthcare gaps with brick-and-click models

ABC

In October 2025, we identified a cohort of semifinalists focused on expanding access to primary healthcare for underserved populations in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). These organizations are advancing the sector through hybrid delivery models that combine physical care infrastructure with digital health solutions.

In collaboration with subject matter experts from Swiss Re, the DCCC network and the UBS Optimus Foundation, we assessed 307 applicants and selected five semifinalists.

Each organization received initial funding between USD 45 000 and 74 000. From November 2025 to March 2026, the cohort participated in a structured capacity-building programme, including targeted support in impact measurement (LeFil Consulting) and financial management optimisation (Scalable CFO).
