Bridging healthcare gaps with brick-and-click models

ABC

Digital health solutions are playing an increasingly important role in improving quality, standardising care delivery, and reducing the cost of primary healthcare. However, digital tools alone are rarely sufficient to drive sustained changes in health behaviours or service delivery.

In recognition of this, the 2026 Entrepreneurs for Resilience programme focused on scaling hybrid care models that integrate “brick” and “click” approaches, expanding access to high-quality primary healthcare for underserved communities.

All five semifinalists demonstrated a strong commitment to strengthening health resilience in these communities. We have been deeply impressed by their work and remain committed to supporting each of them in different ways moving forward. To maximise the impact of our support, we made the deliberate decision to engage more deeply with three organisations and provide them with impact-linked funding.

The Top 3 of the Entrepreneurs for Resilience 2026 programme are M-Swasth, SwipeRx, and PillTech - each distinguished by its ability to deliver scalable, measurable impact in underserved settings.

Beyond financial support, these organisations will receive tailored, non-financial assistance aligned with their specific needs, including coaching and technical expertise from Swiss Re employees and members of the DCCC.

People's Choice Award 2026

Alongside the jury’s selection, nearly 5 000 public votes determined the 2026 People’s Choice Award, with M-Swasth emerging as the winner. They will be invited to join the Sankalp Forum, a leading global platform for impact enterprises.
