Swiss Re Foundation announces Expressions of Interest for Urban Nature-based Solutions (NbS) in LMICs

As part of the expansion of the Nature-based Solutions (NbS) focus area within its Climate Solutions portfolio, the Swiss Re Foundation is soliciting short Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for designing, implementing and managing NbS in cities in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) that can advance climate action and human wellbeing. 

The EOI is open to (1) national, regional and international non-profit organizations, (2) early-stage for-profit social enterprises with a proven concept and an established pilot and (3) profit or non-profit collectives and networks that focus on work that could mitigate impacts and build societal resilience. Selected projects may receive tailored financing and strategic support to scale their solutions sustainably.
