As the world’s population grows, need for climate solutions that address the health, safety and livelihoods of more people, is more than ever. Poor communities are both the most vulnerable to the effects of disasters, environmental degradation and climate risk and the least well equipped to manage these challenges.

With a focus on climate-vulnerable communities in low- and low-middle-income countries, we support initiatives that tackle climate change through disaster risk financing and nature-based solutions that protect or restore natural assets. Our partners help low-income communities protect themselves and local ecosystems from the adverse effects of natural disasters and adapt to a changing climate.

Highlighted Projects
